|
This course will direct and improve the ability and confidence of students to produce more fluent English. Also, in the process of this, it will provide extensive listening practice.

The aim of the class is to improve the English fluency of students so that they can feel more confident is speaking and listening to others.

Ice-breaking, general orientation, course orientation/requirements/expectations.

授業以外の学修 What Students are expected to do outside of the class
|
|
Students should always keep the aims and goals of this class in mind. Students should review each lesson and spend time actively and meaningfully practicing, at least 1-2 hours per week. Students should contribute to preparation for all role-plays, including practice in class and at home. Students should undertake all listening tasks related to the Dictation Contest. Students must attend the Dictation Contest (Week 13).

Students will be evaluated on 1. active class participation 25% 2. participation in group role-plays 50% 3. requirements related to group role-plays 25%
