Outline
This course on negotiation and dialogue encourages personal growth and development while effectively communicating your feelings with others. Students will learn how to approach others, exchanging ideas and information so that personal and professional relationships are able to grow effectively and productively. This course will assist students in solving conflicts peacefully, by learning skills that enable everyone involved to choose an outcome where their needs are met. Students will also gain a clear understanding of what an effective consensus means when working with others.

Aim/goal
The purpose of this course is to build the students’ ability to master the procedures and skills required for problem solving, constructive negotiation and dialogue. The course will offer practical strategies to build skills in conflict resolving process. The overall goal of this course is to take a comprehensive view of addressing conflict.
